BIOGRAPHY
Eric Assimakopoulos is the Managing Partner of Revetas Group, a real estate investment firm established in 2012 that specializes in special situations and distressed real estate across Europe. With over 30 years of experience in the industry, Eric’s expertise spans real estate development, asset management, and investment.
Prior to founding Revetas, Eric created the Gnome Group in the early 1990s, a company focused on designing and building technology data centers. He later partnered with Morgan Stanley Real Estate Funds, serving as Chairman and CEO of Metronexus, managing a $300 million real estate portfolio. In 2002, he founded Bifrost, a real estate investment platform in Central and Eastern Europe, which successfully secured high-quality properties and strategic partnerships with institutional funds.
