Wiktor is the Co-Founder and Executive Chairman of Netguru, the consultancy, product design, and software development company recognized for its growth by the Financial Times, Deloitte, and Forbes. Netguru offers consulting, tools, and resources to companies of all shapes and sizes, to make beautifully designed digital products in a way that is fast and fits their needs. As the Executive Chairman, Wiktor is responsible for co-running key initiatives such as supporting diversity in the company or developing Netguru’s social footprint.
Wiktor acts as a keen mentor in the technology development community through organizations such as Endeavor, YPO, Leon Koźmiński Academy or Tech To The Rescue. He is a technology enthusiast, investor, and connector. A supervisory board member at Ten Square Games, and a co-founder of Supercharge Capital, a modern private equity fund.
