BIOGRAPHY
Yulia Denisenko is the founder of real estate company Yulia‘s Magic House, where she focuses on fix-and-flip deals in Milan residential market, and principal in Monaco-based Apolis S.A.M., a private investment office specialized on mid-market SMEs growth lending. Prior to that, Yulia worked as a consultant in Russian judicial system, having then turned to diplomatic career where she progressed up to vice-consular rank. Yulia holds a master’s degree in civil law from Voronezh State University, master’s degree in international relationships from Diplomatic academy in Moscow and executive master’s degree in finance from Bocconi University.
