Nitin Shakdher

Nitin Shakdher is a professional institutional investor as the Founder & CEO at the Green
Capital Single Family Office with the core focus on PIPE (private investment public equity), debt,
private equity, venture capital, real estate, asset management, value investing & investment
research. He is part of the 3rd generation of the Shakdher Family.

The Green Capital Single Family Office is a buy side only SFO and has proprietary assets under
management of 300 million USD spread across India, UK, USA, France, Germany, Tokyo, Hong
Kong, Singapore & Dubai.

Kurt Schappelwein

Kurt Schappelwein has been with Raiffeisen KAG since 2005. He leads the Multi Assets
department (since 2021) and serves as Deputy Chief Investment Officer as well as Head
of the “Multi Asset Strategies” team (both since 2015). Together with his team, Kurt
Schappelwein formulates Raiffeisen Capital Management’s market strategy and is
responsible for the Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocation of the firm. Additionally, he
leads the teams responsible for selecting external managers and managing asset
management portfolios. Moreover, he manages multi-asset solutions for institutional
investors and mutual funds. Since 2006, Kurt Schappelwein has been teaching as an
external lecturer at the University of Applied Sciences Wiener Neustadt.

graduate of the PRI Academy (Foundations in RI/Advanced RI Analysis). His ESG
expertise and development work for Raiffeisen KAG include the following tasks and
responsibilities: ESG integration in the Multi Asset area; leading participation in projects
for the development and advancement of the sustainable product range with a focus on
strategy implementation and derivatives usage as well as Multi Asset solutions in the
sustainability sector; development and operational management of tailored Multi-Asset
ESG approaches for institutional investors and mutual funds.
Participation/Involvement in Sustainability Committees: Kurt Schappelwein is a member of
the Sustainability Investment Committee. Prior to joining Raiffeisen KAG, Kurt
Schappelwein was an equity market analyst at an Austrian bank (1999-2005).

Oksana Tiedt

Oksana is Head of Fund and Co-Investments at Lennertz & Co., a multi-family office with a
strong alternative investment platform based in Hamburg. She focuses on the manager
selection of US and European private equity, venture capital and blockchain venture
managers, co-investments and overall fund of funds portfolio construction. Ms. Tiedt has
over 20 years of private equity and venture investing experience having worked at Bain
Capital, Velocitas Partners and Swift Capital Partners. She started her career at Goldman
Sachs. Ms. Tiedt received her MA from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced
International Studies (SAIS) and her BA from Willamette University.

Donatella Ceccarelli

Donatella was elected Chairwoman of the Executive Board of the Flick Family Trust in 2011. Till June 2023 as CEO and Managing Director of the Flick Family Office, she
oversaw a dedicated team of asset management professionals for the management of the
wealth of the Flick Family while pursuing asset allocation strategies on a global basis both
in the liquid and illiquid space. She also acted as Will Executrix for the Flick Family till
January 2024.

Since 2014 she has been a Member of the Supervisory Board of AMG Critical Materials
NV, a leading critical material company listed on the Amsterdam Stock Exchange. She
serves as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee as well as Member of the Selection and
Appointment Committee.

As Executive Director at Lehman Brothers in Germany (2001-2006) she led all major global cash equities and equities derivatives products. 1998-2001 she served as Director, Co-Head of Cash Equity Advisory for Southern Europe at Deutsche Bank in London, advising Institutional Investors in their pan-european Strategic and Tactical Asset Allocation. She spent the first 11 years of her career as a stock broker at the Headquarters of Deutsche Bank in Frankfurt.

She studied in Heidelberg, Triest and specialized in New York at NYU. Donatella is fluent in five languages – Italian, German, English, Spanish and French.

She has been selected “Top Italian Female Executive” by Italy’s Ministry for Equal Opportunities (2009) and was awarded the Honor of the Order of “Cavaliere dell’Ordine al Merito della Repubblica Italiana” for outstanding professional achievements (2007).

Samo Lubej

Samo Lubej started his career as a start-up manager, serial entrepreneur, continued as an
investor and business angel. After successfully selling stakes in several companies, he focused
on investing and managing his family fortune and assets of other successful entrepreneurial
families within the Prosperita (Multi) Family Office.

Björn von Siemens

Since 2002, Björn is passionate about founding and invested in companies on a mission to

Tomas Bocek

Tomas serves as an investment manager at SPM, a Prague based family office, founded by
Slavomir Pavlicek and Marek Spanel, the two founders of Bohemia Interactive, a renowned
Czech video game development company. As a part of one of the major family offices in the
Czech Republic, Tomas focuses primarily on managing private equity and venture capital
investments. Additionally, Tomas holds a position on the board of directors at SPM MEDIA, a
media and technology holding company, where he oversees operations.
Tomas earned his master’s degree in accounting and financial management from Brno
University of Technology. In August 2024, he will begin a full-time MBA program at Columbia
University in the City of New York.
