Aiman leads the Menomadin Group’s business development activity in the MENA region. Aiman served almost 13 years in the Israeli National Security Council, where his last post was Head of the Middle East and Africa Division. During which time he was also the Prime Minister`s personal envoy’s Aid and Liaison Officer to regional interlocuters. Prior to joining the NSC, Aiman served in the IDF Intelligence Corps. Aiman holds a PhD in political science from the University of Haifa (Israel), and is currently also a research fellow at the Jerusalem Institute for Strategy and Security (JISS).

Adam is an Australian serial entrepreneur and investor based in Europe. He started his career at Google and Deutsche Bank and later sold businesses in the password management and ID verification space. He is currently focusing on his family office called Sujae, where he is helping seed and series startups with network and financial support.

Francesco is the founder and CEO of Lio Factory(www.liofactory.com), global alternative investment and technology development firm. Lio Factory has two distinct divisions, respectively “Special Situations” (investments across real-estate, claims, bankruptcies) and “Lio X” (venture capital investments across Fintech and Deeptech). Lio Factory’s mantra is that technology (in all its forms, e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Tokenization & Blockchain) will reshape the outdated mold of alternative investments, through transformational improvements in every step of the investment cycle (sourcing, underwriting, management). Prior to conceptualizing Lio Factory this year, Francesco spent over a decade building two successful niche players in the vast world of Special Situation investing, “Lio Capital” (www.liocapital.com, for real-estate investing) and “Lio BAI” (www.liobai.com, for investments in claims and bankruptcies). Driven by an obsession for cherry-picking assets in niches and attentive de-risking, Lio Capital and Lio BAI have systematically built a portfolio of asymmetric payoff profiles from off-the-radar opportunities for its investors.

Prior to Lio, Francesco spent about a decade in Special Situation principal roles at leading investment banks (Mediobanca, Merril Lynch, Lehman Brothers), as well as a time at McKinsey & Company.
Francesco holds a MSc in Business Administration cum laude at Bocconi University in Milan. In his spare time, Francesco enjoys spending time with his two kids, as well horse-back riding. He is also an active angel investor (primarily in fintech and longevity) and an avid art collector.

The Principal of Quonota, he has been managing his family assets for more than 10 years.

Hans van Houwelingen is Director of Telelink Investments SFO and Founder & Managing Partner of Urban Impact Ventures. Until 2019, Hans was Chief Executive Officer of ACTIAM NV, a global leader in Sustainable and Impact investing with €65 billion of Assets under Management.

Hans began his career in financial services in 1999 and fulfilled various international executive and non-executive leadership roles in the investment management, insurance and technology industries, within respectively ING Group, NN Group, Telelink Holdings, Symbid and VIVAT. At present Hans is Chairman of Telelink Business Services and Member of the Supervisory Board of Aqua4All, as well as a Mentor for start-up and scale-up entrepreneurs at both Endeavor and The Greentech Alliance.Hans received an MS degree in Industrial Engineering and Management Science from Eindhoven University of Technology and an Executive MA degree in Business Administration from INSEAD Business School, Hans is a Chartered Financial Analyst.

Arkadiusz Stefaniak is the CEO of Agro Concept Management (AgCM). AgCM focuses on alternative investment opportunities in the agricultural and livestock sectors in South America (Brazil, Paraguay and Argentina), and on forestry and tree plantation projects in Southeast Europe (Bulgaria). Founded by a group of forestry and finance professionals and headquartered in Germany near Munich, Myroxylon GmbH is a consultant that deals with private equity investments in international agriculture – forestry – and timber-related operations and generating the resulting verified Carbon units.

Arkadiusz is goal-oriented with many years of experience managing successful businesses of all sizes, small and large. On behalf of AgCM investors, he moved to Bulgaria and successfully set up tree plantation operations there. He personally negotiated land contracts, organised effective company structures and managed the project to effectively achieve its goals.

Agriculture is an important part of his life, but not only as a business focus. In his personal life he is passionate about organic farming and regenerative agriculture. Additionally, he loves sports and especially cycling.
