Association of Georgia.

Business Association of Georgia (BAG) is by far the largest NGO in Georgia, representing

Samson Pkhakadze is the graduate of Harvard and Georgetown Universities (USA); Moscow

Mark Florman

In 1992, Mark was the co-founder and CEO of the merchant banking group, Maizels Westerberg, which was ranked the number one M&A firm in Europe (1998, 1999) amongst independent firms.

Andreas Hampel

Andreas is Director at Deloitte Financial Advisory, the leading M&A advisor in Austria and CEE. He has more than 13 years of corporate finance experience, focusing on M&A transactions, equity and debt raising as well as financial restructuring. In his role as Private Equity Leader, he advises Funds and Family Offices throughout the entire deal lifecycle, including investment / portfolio strategy, origination, deal execution, value creation and exit. Prior to joining Deloitte, Andreas worked in Investment Banking at Morgan Stanley in London, Frankfurt and Dubai.

Heiner A. Weber

Heiner A. Weber is a largely hands-on investor in growth companies through Katalysen Ventures, Stockholm, is also on the board of several Fintech companies and of the business intelligence consultancy Alaco (Suisse). He started his career in electronic options trading, as co-founder and managing partner at a pan-European options trading company, and was later responsible for teams covering semi-institutional clients at Swiss banks. Other assignments included being the managing partner of a start-up boutique investment bank mainly focusing on frontier markets and leading the financing strategy in a mega real estate project in Spain. Oksana is Head of Fund and Co-Investments at Lennertz & Co., a multi-family office with a
strong alternative investment platform based in Hamburg. She focuses on the manager
selection of US and European private equity, venture capital and blockchain venture
managers, co-investments and overall fund of funds portfolio construction. Ms. Tiedt has
over 20 years of private equity and venture investing experience having worked at Bain
Capital, Velocitas Partners and Swift Capital Partners. She started her career at Goldman
Sachs. Ms. Tiedt received her MA from the Johns Hopkins University School of Advanced
International Studies (SAIS) and her BA from Willamette University.
