Alex Felman

General Partner, Felman Family Office, Latvia

Alex is a veteran in the family office community, almost a decade now. Not only is he General Partner of his own family office, Felman Family Office, he also works on the ground with local families in Brazil, China, Denmark and South Korea, as well as remotely with other family offices around the globe. 

With a B.S from University of California – Berkeley and an MBA from Copenhagen Business School, Alex uses his expertise in Molecular Toxicology and Bio-entrepreneurship to advise on matters in the biotechnology, healthcare, and other futuristic tech sectors. The goal is to maintain long-term wealth through innovation. 

Having previously worked as a general partner of Venture Labs (an early-stage venture capital/ incubator fund), and as a mentor, advisor, serial entrepreneur and director of numerous other start-ups, venture funds and accelerators, Alex is personally involved in a number of early-stage companies. Alex is an expert in helping companies with business plan creation, product development, operations, successful market launches, and fundraising.

Indre Dargyte

Indre Dargyte is a 2nd generation family member representing Eika group, one of the largest real estate development companies in Lithuania. She is responsible for overseeing several group activities locally, including management of Eika’s real estate funds and operation of 1st Hilton hotel in Lithuania. Indre was previously based in London for 14 years, most recently working as an Investment Consultant at Willis Towers Watson, where she was responsible for conducting due diligence on behalf of institutional investors across all asset classes. Indre is a winner of “100 Women in Hedge Funds” scholarship and holds a Chartered Alternative Investment Analyst (CAIA) designation.

Clive Eley

Chief Investment Officer and SFO,Nordic Real Estate Partners, Denmark

Clive leads investments for the single family office of Mikkel Bülow-Lehnsby, the chairperson and co-founder of leading European sustainable real estate developer NREP (Nordic Real Estate Partners). His main focus is managing a portfolio of direct early stage investments into companies with radically sustainable technologies that address the climate crisis. Clive has experience investing on behalf of SFOs in London, worked as a McKinsey consultant and has a PhD in Chemistry from Oxford University.
Clive lives in Copenhagen and is currently interested in the following trends / topics: future of cities; sustainable building technologies; urban circularity; carbon capture (DAC specifically), utilisation and storage; green hydrogen; carbon taxes/offsets; alternative proteins; behavioral economics.

He also has a part time role at the sustainable urban technology VC fund 2150, where Clive supports technical due-diligence on certain deals.
